At Canadian Travel Clinics, we understand that plans can change. To ensure appointment availability for all our patients and make the best use of our healthcare providers' time, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with 24 hours' notice: No charge.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Missed appointments (no-shows): A $50 no-show fee will apply.
Exceptions may be considered at the clinic's discretion.
